Vampirella

The heroine is considered a vampire, since she needs blood to survive and has many of the typical vampiric powers, including increased strength and reflexes, shapeshifting into a bat, and a mesmeric stare. She is not prone to the group's traditional weaknesses, such as daylight, holy water, garlic, or crosses. She cannot, most importantly, transform others into vampires. She does not attack people to drink their blood, except occasionally when she herself is attacked. She is almost always scantily clad in her signature red sling suit with a white collar and wearing shiny black knee-high boots. \

Warlord of Mars: Dejah Thoris

Dejah Thoris is also the main character of the Dynamite spinoff comic, Warlord of Mars: Dejah Thoris. Set 400 years before A Princess of Mars, the first story arc portrays Dejah's role in the rise to power of the Kingdom of Helium, as well as her first suitor. The second story arc will depict her as the "Pirate Queen of Mars".

Teen Titans

A new regular series titled Teen Titans began in September 2003, featuring Cyborg, Starfire, Beast Boy, and Raven of the 1980s group joined by new teenaged versions of Robin (Tim Drake), Wonder Girl (Cassie Sandsmark), and Kid Flash (Bart Allen), as well as the Superman clone Superboy (Kon-El). By 2006 the team consisted of only the younger members and some new additions.

Avengelyne

Avengelyne [uh-venj-ah-leen] is a fictional comic book character co-created by Rob Liefeld and Cathy Christian, and originally published in 1995 by Maximum Press. By the end of the 1990s, Avengelyne had a stint at Awesome Entertainment (only one issue published) and enjoyed a short stint at Avatar Press. Avengelyne returned to comics in the Arcana Studio one-shot Avengelyne vs. Koni Waves (February 2010). July 2011 saw a new Avengelyne ongoing series debut at Image Comics under the creative team of Mark Poulton and Owen Gieni.

Avengelyne is an angel who fights the forces of evil and often finds herself face-to-face with demons, monsters, and the like. The original character design for Avengelyne was based on the likeness of former Vampirella model Cathy Christian.
